Diploma of Natural Health (Aromatherapy)

This two year course (72 weeks) is nationally recognised.
On
successful conclusion of this course, you will be able
to work as an Aromatherapist and be recognized for health
fund rebates (based on information current at 1.12.06).
The course is accredited with the International Federation
of Aromatherapists (Australia Branch) Inc and the Association
of Remedial Masseurs.
Class Numbers
Student numbers are small to allow for a better student/teacher
ratio, therefore providing students with the best tuition
attention.

Details
This
course includes: all necessary subjects relevant to enable
you to work independently as a professional Aromatherapist

first aid studies
- some
reflexology and beauty modules
- studies
relevant to establishing and maintaining your own natural
therapies clinic, including financial and staff management.
Practical
Experience
From time to time students have supervised practical
clinic sessions providing services to the public at the
Hornsby facilities. Additionally we have our own spa and
salon nearby, where students can observe and participate
in working procedures. These clinic sessions are conducted
as part of the course and do not require additional in-class
hours or additional fees.
Location
The college is located in Hornsby (a suburb of Sydney),
10 minutes walk from the railway station/bus interchange
and a large shopping complex. Limited car parking is available
at the college.
