|
Nature's
Care Australia Pty Ltd was founded; originally known as Leimei.
|

1994
|
Establishment
of the Health Food Research & Development Centre.
|
|
1995
|
Nature's
Care is a GMP certified Manufacturer. Establishment of the Nature's
Care Hong Kong Branch.
|
|
1996
|
The
company advanced to the Finals of the Commonwealth Bank and Telstra
NSW Small Business Award for a manufacturer.
|
|
1997
|
Expansion
in manufacturing capacity from 2 to 6 independent production lines.
|
|
1998
|
The
company achieved recognition from the Taiwan Overseas Business Model
and consequently, was awarded the Outstanding Business Award by
the President of Taiwan.Commenced the planning of Phase One for
the construction of a new GMP standard Factory with a total area
of 12,000 square meters.

1999
|
Establishment
of the Nature's Care Australia Health Science College, which is
designed to educate and train professionals in the Remedial and
Aromatherapy massage, Skin care and Beauty industry.

2003
|
Establishment of the Nature's Care Australia; Day SPA. Establishment
of the Nature's Care Taiwan Branch, an esthetic Salon and SPA was
launched at the same year.

2004
|
cGMP
purpose built facility (new factory) commenced operation.
|

2005
|
Nature's
Care Manufactory Pty Ltd is the first multi-functional Manufactory
in Australia and has achieved cGMP status and an Australian Manufacturing
License:
#MI-13122004-LI-000303-2

2006
|
Successful
organisation restructure has helped the company expand and achieve
an annual Manufacturing capability in excess of $AUD 200 Million.
