To ensure product quality assurance the Nature's Care R & D team established a hi-tech facilities including: High Performance Liquid Chromatograph, Polar meter, and Infra-red Spectrophotometer, automated Refract meter, temperature and humidity chambers.

The centre has also built a database to store product and ingredient information. This database allows the QA team to accurately monitor the ingredients and quality control of all products.

The new factory possesses a Research and Development Center of highest standards. This is dedicated to research in Australian natural resources and their use in development of newer and more potent health and skin care products. The new facility has an increased capacity with a total of 12 production lines. It is recognized as the first fully equipped and multi-functional GMP factory in Australia.

Nature's Care is fully compliant with the requirements of Australian cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and the European and American standards.All the products are manufactured and packed under an orderly and hygienic environment.
